This place is fantatisk, much better in person than it looks on the photos. The hosts are fantastic and service minded, helping us with everything and providing us with excellent food and wine. They are super friendly and their dogs are just perfect companions. It is only a short train ride from Rome and a 30 minute drive from the airport. We rented a car which I highly recommend to get around in the area (but not necessary if you just want to stay in the Airbnb and arrange for taxis). Its is a 10 minute drive to a white beach (towards the airport) and 15 minutes up to the large lake north/east of this place.
However you have everything you need in this Airbnb! Chilling area, sunbeds, large pool, lots of fridge storage, ping pong table, speakers to connect your phone (AUX). I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again! Enjoy!!

A magnificent property with an exceptional swimming pool of which we had the sole enjoyment. The house is small but we live outside under the shadows of the terrace, everyone having the space to settle away from the others if they wish. Tranquility and relaxation are the key words. Our hosts are charming, attentive and always helpful. They lent us a wheelchair when our daughter had a sprain. Go there with peace of mind!

Beautiful location, a small paradise on the outskirts of Rome and a short distance from the sea. We appreciated the many small attentions towards us from our hosts, the availability and their discreet and attentive presence. Fantastic swimming pool and park at our disposal. We also enjoyed the company of the festive little pet friends Robin, Joy and Akira. Despite the period of restrictions due to Covid which did not allow great excursions, we spent a wonderful holiday in total freedom.

We have just returned from our stay at Fillipo’s as the end part of our honeymoon with our 3 yr old daughter. I would recommend a stay at Fillipo’s excellent accomodation to anyone looking to relax and get away from the hustle of the Italian cities. The accommodation is a perfect size for 6 people max and has an amazing pool that just screams “jump in” after a hot day exploring. The local area has some outstanding spots such as the Etruscan tombs which do need to be seen to be believed and an array of lovely beaches. Fillipo has some great tips on where to visit if you can tear yourself away from his pool. Filippo, his family, staff and dogs all made us so welcome that we really felt at home there. Daily deliveries of homemade treats and amazing wine that is produced on the farm are beyond what we expected. If you get the chance take them up on the offer of a meal cooked, the food is beautiful and the wine delicious. The best review I can give is when we asked our daughter Evelyn where she wants to go next holiday she said “back to Filippos”.

Living at Filippo's place was an amazing experience. I stayed at the Airbnb guesthouse with my three daughters. We enjoyed every second of the stay. Filippo and his team were service minded, friendly and in advance of our needs- even before we understood them ourself. He was flexible on our arrival and departure and available the whole period on (Hidden by Airbnb) and responded quickly. The Airbnb guest house is bigger than it looks in the pictures and the pool is huge. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed to cook, and the air conditioner works great. The house is close (best by car) to everything: supermarket, McDonald’s;-) emergency, pharmacy and everything you need. Every morning we got some sweet buns for breakfast which was a Wonderful start to the morning. There is no need to plan for restaurants as you have the best one cooking class in Filippo and his excellent team. They simply made us feel at home- and It was so nice to know that they were just next door when we needed help or advice. On behalf of me and my daughters, I can recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing stay near Rome and the beach in Ladispoli.

Nice house with a big pool. Filippo is an unique host: very helpful, always happy to make us enjoy our holidays. He Shared with us his home made dishes and wine. And if you want you could take lessons to learn how make italian pasta. Our two boys love this place too , garden, dogs, animals and pool. We spent wonderful holidays.

It is a beautiful spacious and quiet accommodation with a large swimming pool. The property is remote, so you need a car to do shopping and excursions. Rome is very easy to reach by train. Filippo is a hospitable host you can always turn to.

Thanks to the owners for the wonderful welcome !!! Nice house in a good location. A picturesque farm with friendly owners. Dogs roam the grounds and play with the guests! Super!!! We really enjoyed! We'll be back.

We were greeted very generously by Philippo in his magnificent house. A sublime garden with flavors of pine forests and magnificent oaks. The huge swimming pool is very pleasant. Lots of calm and freshness after a visit to Rome. Thank you Philippo for this oasis of happiness.
